By accessing or using re:load (“the Service”), operated at reloadapp.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including household administrators and members they invite.
re:load is a household management platform that helps families organize meals, chores, groceries, maintenance, bills, activities, and more. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate meal plans, chore suggestions, and other recommendations to reduce household mental load. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the product evolves.
Each household operates under a single subscription. The household administrator is responsible for managing members, settings, and billing. By inviting members to your household, you confirm that you have their consent to share household data with them.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login or provide access to unauthorized users.
re:load offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans (Plus at $10/month, Family Pro at $20/month) are billed through Stripe on a monthly recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time within a billing cycle.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
The Service uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate meal plans, chore suggestions, maintenance recommendations, and other content. This content is provided for convenience and informational purposes only.
AI-generated meal plans are not nutritionist or medical advice. Maintenance suggestions are not professional contractor advice. You are responsible for reviewing all AI output before acting on it, especially regarding food allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, and safety-related information.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or incomplete. re:load is not liable for any outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated suggestions.
You own your data. All household information, meal plans, preferences, and other content you enter into the Service remains yours. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide and improve the Service, including sending it to third-party AI providers for content generation. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Service is intended for personal household use only. You may not use re:load for commercial purposes, resell access, or use automated systems to access the Service in ways that exceed normal usage. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the Service or its infrastructure.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the Service in ways that harm other users or our infrastructure. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except in cases of serious or urgent violations.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, re:load and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, health-related outcomes from following AI suggestions, missed maintenance deadlines, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue use and delete your account.
